Accepted forms of payment:

Kit-Bash (a subsidiary of O.J.I LLC) gladly accepts the following forms of payment;

  • Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express via PayPal Express Checkout.
  • You do not have to be registered with PayPal in order to make a purchase and checkout with PayPal Express.

Shipping Terms:

  • All Shipping charges are based on a FLAT RATE table and everyone pays the same amount for US Postal Service and Domestic USA destinations.
  • At this time Kit-Bash does not offer shipping to International destinations. The shipping cost for secure and traceable delivery methods internationally (i.e. Priority Mail and Express Mail), is cost prohibitive.
  • FREE SHIPPING is automatically calculated for all orders of $25.00 or more in merchandise being purchased.
  • Any and all shipping charges both from Kit-Bash and back to Kit-Bash are the financial responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed to previously and authorized by Kit-Bash.
  • All outbound orders shipped from Kit-Bash are done via traceable means and tracking is provided to the customer.
  • Per PayPal requirements, Kit-Bash will only ship orders to the verified delivery address provided by PayPal.
  • No alternative delivery address will be shipped to unless provided to Kit-Bash via PayPal, No exceptions.

Replacement & Returns Remedy:

Our goal is to ship 100% of our orders quickly, efficiently, and correctly to our customers. Our intention is that you receive goods that are just as described (slight variations in material color may occur). Because this is a human operation human errors can occur. Our secondary goal is to handle our errors in an efficient manner that will allow us to understand the error and remedy the problem(s) as follows;

  • Any and All returns must be pre-authorized by Kit-Bash either by telephone or email.
  • All item returns must be made within 10 days of receipt of the merchandise.
  • Kit-Bash will pay the postage in both directions if you receive your order and find that we have made an error and sent the wrong item(s).
  • In the event that we catch our error prior to the delivery of the parcel (while it is in route) we will contact the customer and ask them to decline the parcel and have it “returned to the sender” so we can remedy the problem.
  • If a product arrives and is defective we will ship a replacement to the customer at our expense upon receipt of the defective product back to Kit-Bash.
  • Products being returned for refund must be in the original packaging with all original pieces present.
  • A copy of the original transaction receipt must accompany the items being returned for refund.
  • Special orders involving custom configurations are not eligible for any refund guarantee and those transactions are final.
  • Insurance is completely optional and at the customer’s discretion at the time they place their order. If an order is shipped to a customer without the benefit of insurance then any loss or damage that occurs to the product(s) is the sole responsibility of the customer and Kit-Bash will not be held responsible.
  • If an insured order is damaged in shipment Kit-Bash will file a claim with the shipper. We must make our insurance claims expeditiously. If you allow 10 days or more time to lapse before making a damaged shipment known to Kit-Bash you will preclude our ability to make an insurance claim and your return will not be accepted.

Exchanges:

Typically Kit-Bash does not offer an exchange unless the product you received is not the product you ordered.

  • We will make an exchange if the wrong product was shipped to you in error.
  • We will make an exchange if the product is broken in transit so long as you purchased insurance.
  • We will exchange the broken product for the same un-broken product if we have another in stock.
  • We will not make an exchange if you found it cheaper elsewhere.
  • We will not make an exchange if you received it and you changed your mind.
  • We will not make an exchange if you received it but you had already been given one as a gift before it arrived.
  • We WILL NOT make an exchange if you failed to understand that you are buying 1:6th scale action figure products and you assumed you were buying 1:1 scale human sized clothes, weapons, etc..

Cancellations:

All sales are considered final from the point the customer completes the checkout process.

  • We DO NOT sell your data.
  • We WILL NOT SPAM you.
  • We will send you updates via email about sales, coupons, and new products in the form of a brief newsletter from time to time which you certainly may opt out of at any time. 

Bad Manners:

Kit-Bash is a privately owned, operated, and run business. We are not a big corporation with nameless faceless contacts. We are a company comprised of real people with real feelings. If a customer decides to exercise their right to be rude and abusive toward any Kit-Bash personnel, either via telephone or via email, then we at Kit-Bash will exercise our right to refuse service to the customer and ban them from the benefits of shopping with Kit-Bash for any further transactions. This is a business built around a fun hobby. Rudeness & fun don’t mix.
